Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amelia's Market. If you're not, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we'll issue a refund or send out the replacement item as soon as possible.

We accept returns and exchanges only on our sourdough starter and within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Perishable items, such as baked goods, are eligible for return or exchange only if there is a quality issue or error on our part.
